We’re always asking other people to change – whether it’s in the form of a teacher to a student, a manager to staff, or one family member to another. It’s common for people to approach these situations from a critical or blaming stance, often resulting in resistance and not getting the change we want.
In this workshop you will:
=> Become crystal clear as to what you want the other person to change.
=> Decide how you want to show up so that the conversation succeeds.
=>Uncover hidden challenges that may be sabotaging your success in this area.
=> Learn how to implement the three-step feedback system so that everyone on your team can give feedback which results in change while keeping relationships intact.
This workshop can be given to groups from 6 to 50 people and can be used in your business to strengthen performance at all levels of your organization or within your family unit to create more harmony.
Sessions are also available for pairs of people who want to work things out as well as those who want individual coaching.
